Acceptance

By accessing AI Hub Australia or creating an account, you agree to these terms. AI Hub Australia is owned and operated by Virtual Planet Pty Ltd (ABN 79 694 149 589).

Membership plans and prices

AI Hub Australia is a paid membership. Current plans:

• Starter: $29 a month + GST, for one business with up to 5 users.
• Business: $99 a month + GST, for one business with up to 25 users, including divisions and team features.
• Enterprise: priced by agreement for groups with more than one company.

Prices are shown excluding GST; GST is added at checkout. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

7-day free trial

Starter and Business include a 7-day free trial. You add a payment card when you sign up, but you are not charged during the trial. We will remind you before your first payment. If you don’t cancel during the trial, your membership starts on day 8 and is charged monthly from then on.

Payments, cards and tax invoices

Payments are processed by Stripe. AI Hub Australia never sees or stores your full card details. You can update your card, see your payment history and download tax invoices at any time from Settings → Membership & billing.

If a payment fails, Stripe will try again and we will email you. If the payment isn’t fixed within 7 days, access to your membership may be paused until it is. Your saved data is kept while your access is paused.

Cancelling

There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Membership & billing. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again and your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancelling during the free trial means you won’t be charged at all.

Refunds and your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights. To ask about a refund, contact us through our contact page.

Not professional advice

AI Hub Australia provides AI tools, examples, training and prompts. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, accounting, medical or business advice.

AI features and your monthly AI allowance

AI outputs can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before you use it. Please don’t enter your clients’ personal information or other sensitive information into AI tools.

Each member has a monthly AI allowance, measured in tokens (small pieces of text the AI reads and writes). The allowance depends on your plan and resets at the start of each calendar month. Settings → AI allowance shows how much you’ve used. If you reach the allowance, AI features pause until it resets.

Mentors

Mentors operate independently and set their own fees, packages and availability. AI Hub Australia facilitates connections only. Any arrangement for paid services is between you and the mentor. Mentors only see the areas of your workspace that you choose to share with them.

Your content and your data

Content you create on the platform is yours. You can export your Business Vault, download all the data we hold about you, or delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. Business owners need to hand over ownership or cancel the membership before deleting their account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
